Matt was really encouraging, reassured us that we did not have to do anything out of our comfort zones but encouraged us to push ourselves too! Matt was a Super friendly and knowledgeable guide with some great instructing stories and really good information of the area! Matt took some cool photos for us which was an amazing suprise! We joined Matt and the Kernow Coasteering team this morning at Praa Sands for what was the adventure of our holiday. From the team greeting us, to them helping us... read more in and out of the swelling waters to ensure our safety, the guides could not have been better. They had a knowledge of the unseen dangers and ensured they steered us around these. I have been on a similar coasteering adventure but this one was the next level of fun. Each area that we visited gave the options of smaller sea jumps (for those less confident participants) all the way up to 30ft cliff jumps for the more adventurous. The weather today (large swells) prevented us going through the natural rock tunnels but this did not lessen the grandeur of the location and the overall experience. I would recommend this to anyone with a love of life and adventure. I will be booking again when I am next in Cornwall as my entire family loved it and can't stop talking about it.

The way the team interacted with each other to seamlessly provide the best service for the customer was subtle and professional. But what an experience! The jumps, the swell the fun was top notch.
